How heavy is the box?
Our trampolines are built with high quality steel therefore the weights are much heavier than other brands.
The weight of your delivery will depend upon which trampoline you ordered, but boxes typically weigh between 20 kg and 30 kg. It’s a good idea to get someone to assist you with carrying the trampoline box after it arrives.
Where is the best place to install my trampoline?
The best spot for your home trampoline is on the grass in your garden, or on another surface that’s soft and level. When picking a location, remember to look around for potential hazards such as overhead cables and wires, washing lines or tree branches.
Please do not install your trampoline on any hard surfaces such as concrete. These surfaces will put additional stress on the frame as you jump, increasing the likelihood of wear and tear.
How long will it take to assemble my trampoline?
Assembly time will depend on the model and size of your trampoline. It typically takes two people approximately 1.5-2 hours to put up a 10ft trampoline. However, please allow extra time for larger models.
Do I need any special tools?
No, you’ll find everything you need to install your trampoline in the box. However, if you have one to hand, you may wish to speed things up by using an electric drill.
Will you assemble my trampoline for me?
Many families have found that our trampolines are the easiest to assemble, and most have managed to install the product by themselves. We provide clear and detailed step-by-step instructions in both hard copy or video format to ensure the assembly is easy to follow and understand. You can also hire a handyman to install the trampoline for you — they normally charge 2-3 hours of work.
How do I move my trampoline?
To avoid damaging the product and risking injury to yourself, please ask someone to help you move your trampoline. Be careful not to trail or drag the trampoline along the ground as the legs and joints may bend and become misshapen.
