Should I choose 10cm or 20cm thickness for my air track?

The 10cm thickness is designed for entry to medium-level users and younger individuals, while the 20cm thickness is more suitable for medium to advanced users of older ages.

There is no definite answer to this question as it depends on individual preferences and requirements. However, as a general recommendation, if any users weigh more than 40kg or if you anticipate multiple users using it simultaneously, it is advisable to choose the 20cm thickness option.

What length should I choose?

All the lengths we offer are the most popular sizes in the Australian market.

Generally speaking, opting for a longer or larger size is advantageous as it provides more space for advanced tricks, allows for growth, and undoubtedly adds more fun to your activities. However, the choice ultimately depends on the available room size and your budget constraints.

What weight can your air track hold?

The weight limit for each individual user is 120kg. However, the total weight capacity of the air track is much higher. For the home range, the total weight capacity can typically range up to 250kg, while the commercial range can support weights up to 400kg, allowing multiple users to use the air track simultaneously.

Can my air track be used outdoors?

Yes, certainly! Our air track is UV-treated, making it suitable for outdoor use. However, it is not recommended to leave it outside for extended periods as this may shorten its lifespan. When using it outdoors, please ensure that the surface you place it on is free from any sharp or hard objects that could potentially damage the air track.

Can I use the air track on water?

Yes, the air track is 100% waterproof and can be used in water. However, please note that it is only intended as a fun toy for use in safe environments and is not designed for use as life-saving water equipment.

How long does it take to inflate or deflate the air track?

The inflation or deflation time depends on the size of your air track. Generally, it takes around 30 seconds to 2 minutes to fully inflate or deflate. Each order includes a powerful electric pump to facilitate quick setup and pack away.

Do I need to deflate the air after every use?

As long as you have enough space to store a fully inflated air track, there is no need to deflate and pack it away each time. The air track will remain inflated for many months; all you need to do is top up the air from time to time to maintain the desired pressure.
