What warranty do you offer?
Each UpBounce air track sold comes with a 24-month warranty, which is twice as long as most other suppliers in the Australian market. The warranty covers defects in the material and workmanship of the air track product for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. However, please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
How does your 100% satisfaction guarantee work?
We take pride in our products and have full confidence that you will love your new air tracks. To provide you with added peace of mind, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If, however, you are unsatisfied with your purchase after using and testing your air tracks, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We will guide you on repackaging your air tracks in their original packaging, and we will arrange for a courier to pick them up. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund. Rest assured that your air tracks will be donated to a disadvantaged family, allowing them to benefit from your return.
