When will my order be dispatched?
We will aim to ship your trampoline within 24 hours of receiving your order, as long as we have your item in stock.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are dependent upon where you live, but your trampoline will typically arrive between 2-14 days after you place your order. Please see the below table for further information on delivery times:
NSW Area 2 – 4 Working Days
VIC Area 2 – 6 Working Days
QLD Area 2 – 8 Working Days
SA Area 3 – 8 Working Days
ACT Area 2 – 4 Working Days
WA Area 4 – 10 Working Days
NT Area 5 – 10 Working Days
Will I receive my order in time for Christmas or other busy seasons?
Please allow extra time for your order to arrive during busy periods and during Christmas in particular, when our products are typically in high demand. We recommend placing your order extra early to ensure it arrives in time for Christmas Day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track your order after it’s been collected from our warehouse. Look out for an email from the delivery company as it will contain your tracking link. We monitor all our orders to ensure our trampolines reach our customers promptly. However, if you have a question about your delivery status, please contact us, or feel free to contact the logistics company directly.
What if I’m not home when my delivery turns up?
By default, all orders will be ‘Authorise to leave’ if no one is home. The delivery company will leave your order in a safe place on your premises.
Can I request the courier to call before delivery ?
Unfortunately, the couriers are unable to call before delivery. However, you can contact their customer service to ask for the latest update, or use the tracking link provided to view the status of your order and see the estimated delivery date.
Am I eligible for free delivery?
We offer free delivery to the majority of Australian addresses, with the exception of those addresses in remote areas. To find out if you’re eligible for free delivery, please use the Freight Tool.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Yes. If you wish to cancel your order after purchase, please contact our service team to let us know as soon as possible. If your item hasn’t been dispatched, then we can normally cancel your order and refund your purchase. If your order has already been dispatched, however, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee to cover the cost of returning your item to the warehouse.
